Don’t worry if yours looks a little flattened when first unpacked — the filling is designed to bounce back and simply needs a little time and fluffing to take its full shape.
Bringing it back to form:
1. Remove it from the packaging as soon as it arrives — don’t leave it packed.
2. Give it a good fluff — gently knead the body and work the limbs, wings, ears, or tail to redistribute the filling.
3. Let it breathe. Most plush regain their full shape within 1–3 days, while larger or denser designs can take up to a week.
4. Smooth any flattened or creased fur with your fingers or a soft brush as it fluffs back up.
5. Want to speed things up? Use a hairdryer on low, warm heat, held about 20cm away. Keep it moving and use short bursts between fluffs. Never use high heat.

The packaging: shrink wrapping seven (7) stuffies together in one package smaller than a box of cereal, is a travesty. They had to be placed into the dryer on Air Dry (no heat) for 40 minutes to fluff them up. I put them in by color, just in case, which meant three different drying episodes. I initially tried 15 minutes but that was ineffective. After the dryer, a couple of the stuffies...the nautilus and the thorny devil lizard...needed more attention with an iron to properly fix their appendages. I should not have to work this hard to have a product look decent. But, at least six of them were salvageable. The Scottish Highland Cow is not. It was simply not put together...sewn....properly. One ear is noticeably higher than the other; the entire face looks sadly lopsided. And the mane is a mess. No amount of air dryer fluffing could save it. The overall impression (I am looking at it now as it sits on my desk) is that this low quality stuffie was salvaged from Goodwill. How do I return it?

Very cute cow with a lovely face. The fur was rather squashed and flat in places on delivery. I shook it out and it looked better, but it does need regular 'shaking' to fluff it out again for maximum cuteness. It was a Christmas present for my nephew and he loves it, despite the regular fluffing!
Looking at this wonderful creature for a little too long, I'm overcome by the desire to repair the whole world, only for her not to look so sad. Mostly, though, I take her in my arms instead and announce to said world: We stay sceptical, very, very sceptical! Hence the name (see picture for other review from oliver). Oh, and thank you so much for including a white hair in her red fur, at least we needn't worry someone's gonna make a burnt offering of her, very considerate!

Not quite the quality I was expecting.
This Scottish Highland Cow is so adorable, so soft, so well made, and so real. The careful attention to different lengths of fur, the ombré colouring of the horns, everything about it is delightful. Makes me homesick for Scotland, and I’ve never even been there.
