❃ The flame jellyfish (Rhopilema esculentum) is a large jellyfish found in the coastal waters of the western Pacific, particularly around China, Korea, and Japan. Its thick, rounded bell and branching oral arms can give it a billowing appearance as it pulses through the water. Like other true jellyfish, its deceptively simple body is composed mostly of water and lacks bones, a heart, and a centralized brain.

They possess a network of nerves that coordinates movement and responds to their surroundings without a conventional brain. Their oral arms carry stinging cells called nematocysts, microscopic structures used to help capture tiny aquatic prey and defend the jellyfish from threats.

3. Let it breathe. Most plush regain their full shape within 1–3 days, while larger or denser designs can take up to a week.
4. Smooth any flattened or creased fur with your fingers or a soft brush as it fluffs back up.
5. Want to speed things up? Use a hairdryer on low, warm heat, held about 20cm away. Keep it moving and use short bursts between fluffs. Never use high heat.
