The male, or drake, wears a glossy iridescent-green head and neck, a crisp white collar, chestnut breast, gray body, and bright yellow bill, while both sexes carry a distinctive blue-violet wing patch bordered in white. 5. Want to speed things up? Use a hairdryer on low, warm heat, held about 20cm away. Keep it moving and use short bursts between fluffs. Never use high heat.
